The mintage for this date is less than 20% of the mintage of that prdouced in 1860. PCGS has graded this MS63, I certainly wouldn't grade it that based on the obverse but the reverse is exceptionally strong bringing up the grade. The obverse also shows a die clash (I don't know the German term for this). Ich bin das photograher.
