20 Forint 2003 200 Jahre Deak Ferenc
50 Forint 2004 EU-Beitritt
De i alt fem eventyrmønter forventes udsendt over tre år.

Two Shekel Coin to be Introduced
08:30 May 24, '05 / 15 Iyar 5765
(IsraelNN.com) Bank of Israel officials are planning to release a NIS 2 shekel coin in the coming year following a study showing there would be demand for such a coin.
Bank of Israel officials have quietly published a tender for companies to submit proposals for a design for the new coin, and in the near future, a final decision is expected.
The release of a NIS 2 coin would predictably bring a sharp drop in the use of the NIS 1 coin, which experts add would be beneficial.
The Nation (Nairobi)

New coins bearing the portrait of the founding father of the nation, the late Jomo Kenyatta, will be re-introduced into the market.
The coins will be in denominations of five cents, 10 cents, 50 cents, Sh5 and Sh20 and will be issued by the Central Bank of Kenya, as per the latest Kenya Gazette notice signed by Finance minister David Mwiraria.
The Gazette notice says the Kenyatta coins will not replace, but will circulate, alongside the present issues of Kenya currency notes and coins which bear the portrait of retired President Daniel arap Moi, with effect from April 18.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of a raging controversy over a Sh7 billion cash-making tender which was scrapped early this week.
On Monday, CBK decided to scrap the lucrative tender involving a company linked to the controversial Anglo Leasing scandal due to what they termed "price and quality issues".
In a statement, the CBK noted that Joh Enschele of Netherlands had failed to tender due to commitment elsewhere while two other firms were knocked out.
"Given that the paramount aim of the tender was to ensure competitiveness in both price and quality of the bank notes, and after taking into account that proceeding with only two tenders would not achieve the overall objective of the tender, the Central Bank of Kenya tender committee held on May 16, 2005 approved the cancellation of the tender," the director suppliers and services, Mr Lawrence Kun'gu, had said.
The decision, expected to generate controversy, was made days after the replacement of CBK Deputy Governor Dr Edward Sambili, who was in charge of the process, with Jacinta Mwatela.
A special tender committee which was initially under Dr Sambili was mandated to steer the process. The company that was to implement the cancelled Anglo Leasing passport project, French Francois Charles Oberthur Fiduciare, was disqualified together with Swiss currency printer Orell Fussili.
The tender will now be re-tendered. Two of four international firms had been pre-qualified. They were the Ruaraka-based subsidiary of UK firm De La Rue and German company Giesecke & Devrient SZE.
De La Rue lost a 10-year tender for printing currency when the Narc Government took over from Moi's Kanu Government in January 2003.
Mr Moi ruled for 24 years and his administration also phased out the Kenyatta notes and coins, which were, however, re-introduced two years ago by the National Rainbow Coalition (Narc) administration led by President Kibaki.
By the time president Kenyatta died, there were no coins for Sh5, Sh10 and Sh20. They were introduced later by the Moi regime which also introduced the Sh200, Sh500 and Sh1,000 notes.

Last month a CBK official, Mr Hezron Mariwa, was quoted in the press as saying that President Kibaki's portrait would not feature on Kenya's new generation bank notes.
He said the new notes would only feature the portraits of the founder of the nation, a historical figure who would be a unifying force of the country.
