Portrait of Singapore's first President, the late Encik Yusof bin Ishak, on the front, and images related to the Education theme at the back, Same colour (predominantly purple), Same size (126 mm x 63 mm). Incorporated security features unique to polymer technology that are found on $10 polymer notes. They are: Two see-through windows - one on the top-left hand side, and the other at the bottom-right corner; A stylised gold Singapore Lion symbol with a hidden image, beside the top-left hand window. An image of the Singapore Arms will appear at varying angles. The security thread now takes the shape of the Singapore island instead of a straight line. For the first time the note will bear the signature of Mr. Goh Chok Tang, Chairman Monitary Authority of Singapore.

Ach ja klar, ich meinte eigentlich den zweiten aus der aktuellen Serie.
MaW der zweite Schein der aktuellen Ishak bin Yousuf Serife, der plastifiziert wurde.
Ägypten hat offensichtlich kürzlich neue 5- und 50-Pfund-Scheine ausgegeben, die noch nicht auf der Internetseite der Zentralbank veröffentlicht sind. Es handelt sich um redesignte Noten der bisherigen Serie mit zusätzlichen Sicherheitsfeatures, am augenfälligsten ist der zusätzliche unterbrochene Sicherheitsstreifen auf der arabischen Seite.
Die abgebildete 5-Pfund-Note trägt das Druckdatum 20.02.2005 und die abgebildete 50-Pfund-Note 29.09.2004; daneben liegt mir noch je ein 5er vom 22.07.2004 und ein 50er vom 19.05.2004 vor.
Laut der Quelle von Nine O'clockwird in Rumänien Ende des Jahres einen neue Banknote ausgegeben werden, die die bisherige Serie ergänzen soll.

The note will help the population accommodate to the banknotes used in the European Union

Bucharest – The National Bank of Romania (BNR) will complete the monetary issuing launched last year, by putting into circulation, starting December 1, 2006, on the National Day of Romania, a new banknote, worth RON 200. “The RON 200 banknote which will be released on December 1, 2006 will be presented 30 days before. We have considered that a banknote equivalent to EUR 50-60 was a necessity, and we also took into account the average level of ATM cash withdraw, which hardly exceeds RON 200/operation, stated yesterday the Governor of the Central Bank, Mugur Isarescu. According to the official, BNR message to population is that the issuing of the new banknote has no connection with the inflation, it simply helps the switch to EUR process. “After the launching of the new banknote, we will have the same number of banknote as EUR has. This note will help the population to accommodate to the signs used in the European Union,” mentioned Governor Mugur Isarescu. According to a recent statement of BNR official, Romania’s switch to the European currency will be achieved in seven-year time. The RON 200 note’s graphic will be made in relief and presents the portrait of philosopher Lucian Blaga on the front side, and the image of Thinker of Hamangia on the reverse. The release of the RON 200 note, with a certain delay as compared to the other new banknotes, was motivated by the fact that there were too many notes during the period of parallel circulation of both new and old issuing. According to the official, starting October 1, 2006 BNR will only release banknotes belonging to the new issuing. Isarescu said that the old banknotes will be withdrawn from circulation in December, and in June, the new cash will represent 85 per cent of the total cash put into circulation. According to BNR data, the estimations show an increase of 48 per cent in the cash this year as compared to the previous year, when the increase exceeded the expectations. The denomination of the national currency took place on July 1, 2005 and implied the cut of four zeros from the current currency, thus the ROL 10,000 note became RON 1, the new monetary unit.
The new money that was put into circulation on July 1, 2005 will be used in parallel with the old one until December 31, 2006, and the business operators are forced to accept both types of banknotes. The change of the old money can be made in three-year time at the National Bank of Romania, the deadline being December 31, 2009. The monetary structure is formed of six notes – RON 1 and five multiples and four coins. The RON banknotes have values of RON 5 (ROL 50,000), RON 10 (ROL 100,000), RON 50 (ROL 500,000), RON 100 (ROL 1,000,000) and RON 500 (ROL 5,000,000).
Gerade auf der Seite der Rumänischen Nationalbank nachgeschaut, bei der in der gestrigen Pressekonferenz angekündigt wurde, am Nationalfeiertag, dem 1. Dezember 2006, eine Banknote zu 200 Lei auszugeben.

Poland's first collector note
Press Office of the National Bank of Poland cordially invites journalists to a formal presentation of a collector note design depicting Pope John Paul II. It will be the first collector note in the history of Poland.
The note presentation on April 19, 2006 at 2 PM (Head office of the National Bank of Poland, ul. Świętokrzyska 11/21, Sala im. Wł. Grabskiego - Wł. Grabski Room) will be attended by Archbishop Józef Kowalczyk, Apostolic Nuncio in Poland, and Leszek Balcerowicz, President of the National Bank of Poland.
The issue of the collector note to commemorate John Paul II has been scheduled for October 16, 2006, i.e. the anniversary of Karol Wojtyła's election to the papacy.

Ich werde Tage brauchen, um die ganzen Info´s in mich aufzusaugen.
Mal was anderes, ich hab ein ungeschnittenes Blatt 5000 Won Scheine (12 Stck/Blatt) aus Nordkorea. Diese sind mit dem Hinweis "Muster" auf koreanischer Sprache versehen. Es war sehr schwer an dieses Blatt zu kommen, ich werde Morgen versuchen, ein Bild einzustellen.
Hat jemand Infos über einen Wert? Es gibt angeblich nur 200 Stück weltweit.

Es stimmt, sie wird in einem Folder ausgegeben. Wie dieser jedoch aussieht?? NICHT BEKANNT!
Aber bekannt ist, das sie inklusive Gestaltungs-,Drucks-,Folder-, und Mehrwertsteuerkosten 90 Zlotych kosten wird.
Unter Gestaltungskosten versteht man: Gehalt an Andreas heidrich, den Gestalter der banknote und den Druck...
Gedruckt wird sie in der PWPW (Polska Witwórnia Papierów Wartościowych).
Wer an dieser wunderschönen Note interessiert ist, kann sie bei mir vorbestellen. Ein mir bekannter Händler wird sie mnir zum Preis von 90 Zlotych das Stück + Versandkosten verkaufen.
Das verstorbene nordirische Idol George Best wird künftig eine limitierte Auflage von Fünf-Pfund-Noten in Großbritannien zieren. Zwei Tage nach dem ersten Todestag des früheren Stürmers von Manchester United am 25. November bringt die nordirische Ulster Bank morgen eine Million der Scheine in Umlauf. Best ist darauf sowohl im nordirischen Nationaltrikot als auch im Trikot von Manchester United abgebildet. Das Geldinstitut will mit der Ausgabe der Banknoten das sportliche Leben von George Best würdigen.
