2009 Annual Mint Set

Celebrating 125 Years of the GAA, the 2009 Annual Mint Set will be launched on 30th January 2009. The set contains each of the 8 euro coins in brilliant uncirculated quality and is presented in this very attractive and informative display.

The GAA is the largest sporting organisation in Ireland with approximately 2,500 clubs and 800,000 members. The games that it promotes, Gaelic football and hurling (as well as handball, rounders, camogie and Ladies’ football) are played across the island and throughout the Diaspora. It’s national stadium, Croke Park, which holds 82,300 people, embodies the success of the GAA in the 21st Century. This is one of a number of products that will be produced by the Central Bank in 2009, and it is also planned to launch a special GAA €15 Silver Proof coin in November to coincide with the actual anniversary.

nachdem ja 2008 kein PP KMS ausgegeben wurde, wird es 2009 wieder ein Proof Set geben mit 1 Cent bis 2 Euro und als 9. Münze die 2 Euro WWU in PP.

Irland 2009

Ich bekam gestern von der Centralbank Dublin die Bestellformulare.
Alle KMS von 2005 bis 2009 sind noch zu bestellen aber nicht die 2 € Münze WWU. Die 2 € Kursmünze 2009 hat wohl noch die alte Wertseite.

Bzgl. Coincard oder ähnlichem habe ich noch keine Infos. Die 2 Euro wird bestimmt die neue Wertseite haben, da hat wohl jemand vergessen, mal das Bild zu aktualisieren.

Irland hat laut seiner Homepage die WWU Münze nicht als Bestellmünze. Man kann diese nur direkt an den Countern der Banken vor Ort erhalten. Die Münzen sind als Umlaufgeld geplant und werden direkt in den Umlauf gegeben, aber nicht in den Verkauf ( sprich Sammlerverkauf ).

Irland hat meiner Meinung nach bereits die Kursmünze 2007 mit neuer Wertseite geprägt.

Wofür steht überhaupt AEA (Aontas Eacnamaíochta Airgeadaíochta)?
