Shipping:

We ship our goods exclusively in parcels via Deutsche Post AG.

This shipping method offers several advantages :

• Your shipment is delivered directly to your door
• Receipt of the goods is documented by signature
• If you are absent, you can collect the parcel from a nearby post office
• We provide you with the parcel's tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment online at any time
• Your order is fully insured, up to the invoice amount!

Shipping costs:

For shipments within Germany, we charge 5.90 Euro. For orders worth 300 Euro or more, we deliver within Germany free of shipping charges.
If you have chosen payment by cash on delivery, we charge an additional cash-on-delivery fee of 10 Euro.

For shipments abroad, we charge the rates of Deutsche Post AG. Please note that we do not offer cash-on-delivery shipping abroad.
